The Support Company of the Irish Guards is comprised
of five separate platoons which work directly for the
Battle Group Commander as well as within the Battalion.
They are usually manned by Guardsmen and Non-Commissioned
Officers who have served time in the Rifle Companies and
have moved on to a more specialist area of Infantry Skills.
